UNIDEV Property Management division provides property management services for properties wholly owned by UNIDEV,its subsidiaries,affiliates and clients.

Recognizing the variety of skills needed for effective management, we assign to each property an agent and support staff closely coordinated under control systems.
By developing a set of standardized credit policies and tenant application procedures in accordance with the Fair Housing Act (Sec. 800. [42 U.S.C.]) and our property owner's and association's criteria for renter selection, we ensure a fair selection process.
The following is our credit policy that we require for all rental applicants and co-signors for all properties under management. Because of anti-discrimination laws we cannot waive this process for certain applicants and not others so as to remain in compliance with the Fair Housing Act. If an applicant cannot furnish any of the requested documents because it can't be obtained, an alternate document of similar substance may be requested in its place.

- Valid copy of state issued driver's license, I.D. card or U.S. Passport
- Proof of previous 6 months rental payments (copies of checks or bank statements)
- Proof of previous 6 months employment income (copies of paystubs or bank statements and W2's or 1099's)
- A copy of a current credit card to be kept on file to be used if rent payments are late or if checks are returned.
