The U.S. Fund for UNIDEV supports our work through private equity, fundraising, advocacy, and education in the United States.

 

The following subsidaries,trusts and divisions further our work in specific areas

• Real Estate Investment Trust -- is the U.S. fund for real estate investments and investor services. The function of the trust is to provide its shareholders and investors with the greatest return on their investments. This is achieved through the trusts investments in real estate and real estate related services and products.
• Property Management -- a separate subsidiary that provides property management services for properties wholly owned by UNIDEV, its subsidiaries,affiliates and/or members.
• Fund Raising -- supporting renewable energy research and sustainable living solutions.
