Become an investor in UNIDEV Real Estate Investment Trust

The primary purpose the UNIDEV Real Estate Investment Trust is to provide its investors with the greatest return on their investment consistant with our corporate philosphy and strategy. The trust invests in residential income-producing properties nationwide on behalf of its clients. These properties include urban and suburban single and multifamily rental properties. Properties may be in various stages of operation, from recently completed construction in the initial lease-up phase, to mature, stabilized assets. In addition, due to our liquidity and private equity funding, we have always been quick to respond to opportunities such as probate sales, foreclosures, new contruction and properties in areas where market improvement can be expected.
