Central to our firm is our Real Estate Investment Trust -- The Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) provides our investors an opportunity to invest in real estate without the extreme burden of raising substantial capital required to purchase real estate or requiring involvment of day to day property management, operations, accounting, tax payments, state and local tenant-landlord laws or any of the other numerous complexities involved with buying, rennovating, selling and leasing real estate.
